Meet Ken Russell

I’m Ken Russell, the founder of Vindictive Fitness and all of the precise, carefully structured systems inside of it. I built this protocol while working full-time as a long-haul Owner Operator, lifting between overnight shifts, eating meal prep in rest stops, and programming from the cab. Every part of this system was tested through real-world exhaustion and held to a standard of consistency. Vindictive Fitness was built as a structure-first answer to a chaotic lifestyle. It works because I lived it first.
