Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website and/or purchasing any services, programs, or digital products from Vindictive Fitness (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this site and our services.
Coaching Services
All fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching services provided are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as medical advice. Clients are responsible for consulting their physician before beginning any new health, diet, or fitness program.
Individual results will vary. Your success depends on your effort, consistency, and adherence to the plans provided.
Client Platform Access
All paid coaching services are delivered through Trainerize or other platforms designated by Vindictive Fitness. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials securely. Unauthorized sharing of accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.
Payments & Billing
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on coaching plans, digital products, or programs unless otherwise stated in writing.

Recurring billing: If you select a subscription plan, your card will be billed automatically at the frequency stated at checkout.

Failed payments: If payment fails, access to your program may be paused until the issue is resolved.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule any live coaching call. Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.
To cancel a recurring plan, you must submit a cancellation request at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
Intellectual Property
All content, workout programs, nutrition plans, videos, PDFs, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Vindictive Fitness. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of our materials without written consent.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse, abuse, or harass anyone on the platform. We reserve the right to remove access from any user who violates community guidelines or behaves in a manner that disrespects the company, brand, or other clients.
Limitation of Liability
Vindictive Fitness is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur from the use or misuse of our services, including injury, loss of income, or loss of data.
Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
